Shipping policy

At TheChomeNest, we ensure reliable and timely delivery of all our toys, diecast collectibles, and gift products across India.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. To maintain delivery quality and security, we ship exclusively through our trusted logistics partner, DTDC.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• South India: 3–4 business days
• Rest of India: Up to 7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. For eligible products, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to our return and refund policy.
